1. Visual One-Click Parameter Setting and Flexible Adjustment:

The equipment is equipped with a visual interface, enabling one-click parameter setting for easy and quick operation. Pressure and flow rate can be adjusted arbitrarily according to actual needs, satisfying diverse production requirements. The remaining material display function is intuitive and clear, allowing real-time monitoring of raw material usage to avoid waste.

2. Compatibility with Multiple Barrel Sizes for Flexible Production Scenarios:

The equipment  is compatible with two  barrel sizes: 200kg and 20kg, suitable for  both  large-scale  batch production and small-scale sample testing. This flexibility enables the equipment to easily handle different scales and types of production tasks.

3. Segmented Precision Injection Control for Multi color Switching and Independent Operation:

The equipment adopts a segmented 1: 1 precision injection control unit, with primary and secondary levels capable of independent quantitative injection. It is equipped with two independent metering devices for color paste ratio, supporting arbitrary switching between transparent, A-color, and B-color injections. The three  discharge  ports  operate  independently  without  interference,  ensuring  production  efficiency  and product quality.

4. High-Precision Synchronous Output and Encoder Metering for Accurate Ratio Control:

The  equipment  utilizes  an  encoder  metering  system to  achieve  high-precision  synchronous  output.
